Howard Bond (b. 1931)

gelatin silver print

Howard Bond's exquisite, large-format black and white images reveal a meticulous eye for detail and an uncanny sensitivity to the abstract patterns in nature and manmade objects. In addition to being a darkroom perfectionist in the tradition of Ansel Adams, Bond is a devoted teacher and lecturer, well known for his photography workshops and his many articles in Photo Technique Magazine (previously known as Darkroom Techniques)
